With our federated cloud infrastructure spread across seven data centers around the world, we can offer access to enterprise-grade global telephony services for all of our clients, including DRP mechanisms for continuous operations.
Yes, we offer a cloud-based service, but we also develop our customer’s technology in-house. We provide you the opportunity to focus on money-making business processes while our team takes care of customer service and tech operations departments: infrastructure management, hardware installation, and tech supply.
Our telephony system, down to all management interfaces, screens, and report generators is of our very own development and design. We’ve made every element as user-friendly as it can be. To top it off, our API kit - widely shared with our customers - is integrated with over 20 information systems, CRMs and browsers. Bonding is key.
