How do I install the chrome extension?

The entire installation process shouldnt take more than a minute. Simply open Chrome’s extensions tab, search for Voicenter, and click on the button to add it into your browser. Do note that you will need a Voicenter account to log in. 

The simplicity of the process grants your managers or supervisors the freedom of setting up new and existing employee accounts in a matter of moments saving you the time and resources of the IT department.

  • Pop-Up Screen: Your team will be able to answer calls directly from their browser. This way you make sure they are always available even if there’s a different task like web research on their plate at the moment. More on the matter, the pop-up screen is integrated with your intelligence system, so knowing who’s calling (and potentially why) shouldn be an issue.
